CFILC is using the Zoom platform for all webinars. Participants may join using a computer, phone, or a combination of both.
For webinars, the ID number will be provided to you in a confirmation email a few days before the event. The email will also contain a link that you can use to join the webinar using a computer. Registration will close 24 hours before the event to get the code out to everyone on time.
All CFILC webinars are live captioned and archived for future viewing. CFILC uses a webinar platform that is accessible to screen reader software. We encourage ALL users to familiarize themselves with the systems requirements before the day of training.

Not getting your registration confirmation email? Here are the most common reasons:
- Used incorrect email address
- Confirmation sent to your junk/spam box. Add email@example.com to your address book to prevent this
- Some email clients will sort our emails into a separate Promotions or Marketing tab
- Work place firewall may be blocking the email from getting through
If you are still having trouble finding your confirmation email contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, at least a day prior to the event, and we will forward you your confirmation email.
