First Time Blackboard Collaborate Users
NOTE: There has been an update with the Java plug-in and you may need to install the latest version. Be sure to go to Blackboard Collaborate's Knowledge Base Page to check your system requirements. On the day of the webinar, please log in at least twenty minutes before the webinar start time to ensure everything is working properly. To save time before the webinar, you should check your system requirements to make sure it is ready to use the CFILC Webinar System.
Once the systems check shows the supported Operating System as well as the Java Webstart Version. A green check indicates that you have the supported system requirements. You are ready to log in to the webinar system. Go to CFILC Configuration Room to test your connection, settings, as well as configure your microphone headset audio.
If you use a Screen Reader, download the Java Accessibility Bridge. This bridge is for Windows users ONLY. The accessibility bridge is already pre-installed with Java for Mac OSX users.
