Position Summary for Independent Living Transition Coordinator

Status: Non-Exempt
Hours: 30hrs/week
Location: Grass Valley or Marysville Office

Description: FREED is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Independent Living Transition Coordinator. This position can be based in the Grass Valley or Marysville office. This position will provide independent living services and supports for individuals transitioning out of an institutional setting to community living. Experience working with people with disabilities and older adults required. EOE, Individuals with disabilities strongly encouraged to apply. 30 hours per week. Non-exempt position with benefits including medical, dental & vision, vacation, sick leave, holiday pay.
